❧ Staff Application ☙

Interested in helping run the campaign? Tell us about yourself. Fields marked * are required.

Discord username *Your exact Discord handle (e.g. @name or name#0000) and your in-campaign nation, so we can match your application to your play.Timezone & weekly availabilityYour timezone, and roughly how many hours a week you can put in and when. Being around during sessions matters most.Moderation & modding experience *What communities or campaigns have you helped run? Include the size, what you were responsible for, and how long. Never staffed before? Say so and tell us why you'd still be good at it.Resolving a dispute *Two players are in a serious dispute over a war's outcome and both are sure they're right. How would you handle it — what would you check, how would you decide, and how would you keep it from blowing up?Your best nation this season *The nation you're most proud of this season. How did it start, what was a big turning point, and what have you learned running it?Rules & judgment *A player's war claim is technically allowed by the rules but is clearly an exploit. Do you approve it, reject it, or negotiate — and how do you back up your call? Why you want to join staff *What actually makes you want to staff, what you'd bring to the team, and one thing you'd have to watch in yourself as a moderator.Historical knowledge *A randomly chosen question to gauge your grasp of history. Answer in your own words. This is the most heavily weighted answer; specifics and sound reasoning matter more than length. No copy-pasting.
