❧ Privacy ☙
This site is the control panel and tree viewer for a Discord roleplay
character bot, run by the campaign staff. It is not a business and it does
not track public visitors.
What it stores
- Character sheets that players deliberately create with bot commands
(names, stats, traits, family links — all fictional campaign material).
- The Discord numeric user id of whoever created a character or bond, so
staff know whose character is whose.
- Mercenary-market registrations: Discord user id, display name, claimed
power tier, and the nation forum link submitted with
/register.
- Historical-character submissions: Discord user id, display name, proposed
name and culture, source link, and the staff review decision.
- Per-server generation settings chosen by staff in the admin panel.
- For signed-in staff only: Discord user id and username, login count,
first and most recent login, most recent activity, page-view count, and the
admin-panel route used. This powers the private website-usage report.
What it does not do
- No public analytics, trackers, ads, or fingerprinting. There is no
third-party script anywhere on this site.
- No public visitor logs. The web server runs with access logging
turned off; visits to landing pages, this page, and tree links are not recorded.
- No IP or device tracking. The private staff-usage report does not
store IP addresses, user agents, OAuth tokens, or session cookies.
- No general chat archive. The bot processes slash commands and the
staff-log channel configured by campaign staff. It does not build a general
archive of player conversations.
- No permanent public pages. Family-tree links expire on their own
after a couple of minutes and are never written to disk.
- No cookies for visitors. The only cookie is a session cookie set
for staff after they sign in with Discord to use the admin panel
(OAuth scopes: identify and server list only — no email, no messages).
- No selling or sharing. Data never leaves the server except to
Discord itself, which is how the bot works at all.
Deletion
Any character can be removed with the staff delete command. If you want
something of yours gone, ask the staff and it is gone.
Questions? Ask the server owner — or ask to see the source
code; there is nothing in it that this page does not describe.
